Shipping policy

     For all coffee, as per the warehouse, once the order is received, first then the beans are roasted, then packed fresh and shipped. That process takes from 3-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Then it’s shipped via USPS Ground which takes another 2-7 business days depending on location. Due to the recent coronavirus and/or other unforeseen events, some shipping times may be longer. For all merchandise, the lead time is 3-5 business days, followed by the same 2-7 business days on the shipping end. 

     Do not worry, our unique packaging keeps your coffee fresh for many months when stored in optimal conditions. Our merchandise should arrive free from any defects, if you have any problem, please refer to our refund policy.
